2013 - Ranger & Essex Litter

In the fifth week of her pregnancy, Essex ist still quick on her paws. But, now she needs a rest from time to time between retrieving or digging holes. Her outlines change bit by bit. A small tummy has grown by now.

2013 - Ranger & Essex Litter

Today, on day 34^th after the first mating, we did an ultrasound examination. We are very happy: Essex is pregnant. So, we look forward to her puppies in mid-November.

Three weeks after mating, Essex shows significant changes in her behavior. She loves to sunbathe and she needs a lot of attention. We look patiently forward to the ultrasound next week.

Two weeks after mating, Essex feels very well. But, first "personal" changes show up. Essex is much more calm than usual and enjoys chilling and snuggling.

2013 - Ranger & Essex Litter

We bred Essex to Ranger on the 17^th, 18^th, and 19^th of September 2013. We hope that she conceived so that we will have our first litter with Essex. Due date is November 19^th, 2013.
